The features include:

• iSeries libraries/folders/objects/documents and PC files/programs/drivers is distributed as a PC installation package.
• 'Point and click' selection of iSeries libraries, folders, objects and documents as well as for the PC files.
• iInstall generates everything needed for your customer to install the distributed software on his iSeries and/or PC.
• When running the installation program, there is no manual procedure.
• iInstall allows you to distribute iSeries systems on PC diskettes, send via e-mail or you can even 'burn' CD-ROMs to distribute.
• Optional 'License agreement' text that user must accept before continuing.
• Optional 'Welcome' text to be displayed before the installation starts.
• Optional 'Read Me' text to be displayed when installation is finished.
• For PC files, iInstall can create an Icon in Windows.
• Option to run command on the AS/400 after the installation.
• Option to run command on the PC after the installation.
• Editor for 'Welcome' and 'Read me' texts.
• The installation program can connect to the iSeries using Client Access/400®, Client Access Express® or TCP/IP.
• The iInstall package creator uses Client Access/400®/Client Access Express® to connect to the iSeries.
